Ingredients

🥛 1 cup heavy cream

🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
✨ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
🧀 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
🍋 4 lemon slices

Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- If necessary, cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise for even thickness or use a meat mallet.
2- Coating the Chicken:
- On a large plate, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each chicken piece thoroughly, removing any excess flour.
3- Cooking the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate.
4- Sauté Vegetables:
- In the same pan, melt butter and add onion and garlic.
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5- Create the Sauce:
- Add lemon zest and parsley.
- Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and turmeric, stirring well.
6- Finish the Sauce:
- Mix in grated parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the pan, cover, and let simmer on low for 10 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.
7- Serving:
- Top with lemon slices, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
