Instructions

1- Preparation:

  • Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  • If necessary, cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise for even thickness or use a meat mallet.

2- Coating the Chicken:

  • On a large plate, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat each chicken piece thoroughly, removing any excess flour.

3- Cooking the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Transfer to a plate.

4- Sauté Vegetables:
