Ingredients

Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken Cutlets:
- Start by slicing each chicken breast into three thin fillets, making sure they are even for consistent cooking.
- Season each side of the chicken cutlets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2- Make the Egg Mixture:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3- Prepare the Breading:
- In a separate bowl, mix the Italian style breadcrumbs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to ensure an even distribution of flavors.
4- Coat the Chicken:
- Dip each seasoned chicken cutlet into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Press each cutlet firmly into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
5- Fry the Chicken Cutlets:
- Heat canola oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
