Ingredients
🧀 1 wheel of brie cheese, sliced into wedges

Instructions
1- Prepare the Ingredients:
• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• Slice carrots, cucumbers, strawberries, and cheddar cheese.
• Cook baby potatoes if using raw; let them cool completely.
• Slice the brie into wedges and the salami into thin rounds.
2- Build the Base:
• Choose a large, round wooden board or platter.
• Place the brie in the center as the visual anchor.
3- Arrange Meats & Cheeses:
• Fan the salami to one side of the brie.
• Place the cheddar chunks nearby.
• Add goat cheese slices and mini smoked sausages in separate sections.
4- Add Fruits & Veggies:
• Cluster grapes, strawberries, tomatoes, and blueberries around the edges.
• Add cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, and snap peas in separate groups.
5- Fill in with Snacks:
• Place pistachios, walnuts, and olives into small sections or ramekins.
• Add crackers, cookies, and baby potatoes to fill gaps and add crunch.
6- Finish with Dip & Details:
• Add a bowl of hummus, topped with chopped roasted red pepper.
• Adjust items to ensure color and texture are balanced throughout the board.
