Beef Kofta

Ingredients
🥩 3 pounds ground beef
🧅 1 medium-sized onion
🧄 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
🌿 Fresh parsley (as much as you prefer)
🧂 1 tablespoon salt
🌿 1 teaspoon cumin
🌿 1 teaspoon coriander
🌶️ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
🌶️ 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1- Prepare the Aromatics:
- In a food processor, finely chop the fresh parsley, onion, and garlic until well blended.
2- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped parsley, garlic, and onion to the ground beef.
- Sprinkle in the salt, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
3- Mix and Shape:
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients until spices and aromatics are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into koftas; you can form them into football shapes or small patties, depending on preference.
4- Cook the Koftas:
- Place a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add your shaped koftas to the skillet. Cook each side for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
5- Serve:
- Once the koftas are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute or two.
- Serve warm, accompanied by your choice of sides like fresh salad, pita bread, or roasted vegetables.
