Banana Pudding

Ingredients
๐ฎ 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
๐ฅ 8 oz of sweetened condensed milk
๐ง 2 cups of cold water
๐ฅ 2 cups of heavy cream
๐ช 1 box of Nilla wafers
๐ 3 bananas
Instructions
1- Prepare the Pudding:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cold water and 8 oz of sweetened condensed milk. Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Add 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix to the bowl. Mix thoroughly for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Place the pudding mixture in the fridge for approximately 10 minutes to set.
2- Whip the Cream:
- In a separate mixing bowl, pour 2 cups of heavy cream.
- Whisk the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form, creating a light and fluffy whipped cream.
3- Combine the Mixtures:
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined, ensuring a smooth and creamy consistency.
4- Prepare the Wafers and Bananas:
- Using a Ziploc bag, crush the Nilla wafers into coarse crumbs.
- Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
5- Layering the Dessert:
- Begin layering the dessert in individual serving cups or a large serving dish.
- Start with a base layer of crushed Nilla wafers.
- Add a layer of banana slices on top of the wafers.
- Spoon a generous layer of the pudding and cream mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers until your cups or dish are filled, ending with a layer of the pudding mixture.
6- Chill and Serve:
- Place the assembled banana pudding cups in the fridge for a couple of hours to set and allow the flavors to meld.
