Potatoe Cheese Balls 🧀 - Perfect Evening Snack

Hello AOA! How is everyone doing I hope all of you are doing very well. Today, I'm really excited to share one of my favorite homemade snacks which is potato cheese balls. They are crunchy and soft at the same time with delicious melted cheese that makes every bite perfect. This recipe is simple to prepare with ingredients already available at home making it perfect for quickl snack if guests comes over, or whenever you're craving a tasty homemade treat. Let's get started!

Ingredients

Oil
Potatoes 2
Onion
Mozzarella cheese
Bread crumbs
Ap flour
Fresh coriander
Green chillies optional
Bread crumbs
Egg 1
Salt tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tbsp

Making

Boil two potatoes until soft then Peel and mash them.

Add one chopped onion

Add fresh chopped coriander

Add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well to form a smooth dough.

For nread crumbs take extra breas pieces available at home and chop them into fine crumbs like mixture in chopper

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Grease you palm so the mixture won't stick

Take a portion of the potato flatten it in your palm, place a cheese in the center, and make a ball carefully. Roll it into a smooth ball

Dip each potato ball into the maida batter.
And then into egg

Coat each ball evenly with breadcrumbs for crispy outside crust

Chill the coated cheese balfor for a while so they are ready to fry

Heat oil in a fryingpan over medium heat until they become golden brown and turn to the other sides

Yummy cheese balls are ready place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil, and serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.

The melted cheese created a delicious cheesy pull, making every bite flavorful and extremely satisfying. They paired wonderfully with every dips and made a perfect snack or appetizer.
