White Sauce Chicken Box Patties - Smoke Flavor. 🤍

In this blog in am going to share my special recipe of evening time snack which is Smoked Chicken Box Patties made with creamy white sauce. This box patty is so crispy from outside and full of flavors inshort very simple but flavorful. Once you make it you'll be making it again and again so let get to the recipe.

Ingredients

1 chicken breast
1 large carrot dice cut
2 bell pepper
Half Cabbage
Milk 2 cups
Cream half cup
Mozzarella or cheddar cheese half or one cup according to taste
Salt 1.5 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Oregano according to taste (optional)
Butter or oil
Ap flour 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coal for smoke
Samosa sheets

Making

Cut the chicken in cubes and vegetables small dice shapped. In a pan add butter or oil I usually use both add chicken and ginger garlic paste until chicken is half cooked.

Add the vegetables in the chicken pot and stir fry them until fragrant. Add butter and AP flour in one corner of the pot you can also use separate pan for white sauce. Add salt. Pepper and chilli powder and mix

Add milk ,cream and mozzarella cheese and mic together until the cheese is melted

Take a small piece of coal put on stove then put it inside the pot, pour some oil on it for smoke cover the lid for 10-15 minutes.

Take two samosa sheets over one another add flour water mixture to seal th add the chicken mixture in the center and make patty boxes. From this mixture i almost made 25 patties.

Deep fry them and serve with your favorite sauce

Results

I've made it so many time like always chicken boxes turned out absolutely delicious! The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, every bite was perfectly satisfying Everyone enjoyed this with chai , and the boxes made serving and mess-free. It was a satisfying, flavorful feast made our gathering even more memorable.
