A Day To Remember
Hi everyone, hellooo madlang ka-hives , it’s me again , your Angel 😇
Today, let me share with you something very special , A Day to Remember 💛
Since it’s already vacation and our classes will resume this coming August, let’s take a moment to look back on one of the most unforgettable memories I had with my classmates and fellow future teachers .
Are you ready ? Let’s begin ! 😄📸
If I remember correctly, the pictures were taken on May 28–29 during our Education Week . And as future educators, of course, we had to be there ! 😄
It was a two-day event filled with fun, bonding, and meaningful moments . We were super excited but also a bit stressed (let’s be real 😅) because there was so much to prepare , attendance, performances, outfits, and group tasks . But at the end of the day, it was all worth it . 💯
We started the day early . We were in the classroom, just waiting for the program to begin . As you can see in the first few photos, we were all hanging out , laughing, chatting, doing our makeup (yes, our classroom turned into a mini parlor 😂), and of course, taking lots of pictures .
You know how it goes , pictures first before anything else ! 😄
As we sat and listened to the opening speeches and announcements , I looked around the room and felt so thankful . I saw all the familiar faces I’ve spent months with . Some were busy fixing their IDs, some were quietly talking, and others were already planning where to eat after the event (classic us 😅) .
One of the highlights of the day was watching every performance of the 1st year college students together with my classmates . They wore their colorful costumes and danced confidently in front of everyone . We were cheering, clapping, and smiling the whole time . Even though we weren’t the ones performing, it still felt like we were part of the celebration . The energy was amazing , it felt like a real festival !
I remember how the sky started changing colors during their final dance . The sunset gave the sky soft shades of orange and blue , it made the moment feel even more magical . They danced, posed, and even jumped for their group photo (you can really see the happiness in the picture!) . It was one of those moments where, even if you’re tired, you still feel happy just because you’re with people you enjoy being around .
After the program, we took even more photos, probably a hundred or more! From group selfies to funny poses . Some were blurry (we were in a hurry 😂), some were super candid, and some were perfect for profile pictures ! We just wanted to capture every memory .
But more than the pictures, it’s the feeling that I want to remember , the genuine happiness, the laughter, and the joy of being surrounded by good friends. It reminded me why I chose this path : to teach, to inspire, and to grow .
Seeing everyone participate with full heart reminded me that we’re all on this journey together . We may have different stories, backgrounds, and goals, but on that day, we were one team, one family . 💖
Also, a big thank you to our teachers and organizers who made this event possible . Even with little sleep and many responsibilities, you made it successful and fun for us . We’re so grateful! 🙏🏼
When everything was done, we went home tired, but our hearts were full of happy memories . Our feet were aching from walking and dancing, but our minds were filled with moments we’ll never forget . Some even said, “It’s not enough , I want more!” And I totally agree and we go to Jollibee to eat before going home.
To end this story, this Day to Remember was more than just an event . It was a celebration of friendship, teamwork, and dreams . It reminded me that even if school life can be tiring, it becomes so much better when you’re with the right people , those who make you laugh, support you, and bring out the best in you .
To my classmates and friends in the pictures, if you’re reading this , thank you . Thank you for the joy, the stories, and the connection .
To our teachers, thank you for your patience and guidance .
And to myself , Angel, keep believing, keep smiling, and never stop dreaming . 🥰
Final words, madlang ka-hives :
That’s it for today’s story . Thank you for reading my little throwback . I hope you also had your own “Day to Remember” this school year . Let’s keep making beautiful memories and enjoy our vacation while it lasts . See you again this August !
This is your Angel 😇 signing off for now .
Stay kind, stay beautiful, and always remember , memories like these are treasures that last forever . 💛✨
