Making My First Flight Experience
After waiting for almost 2 hours at the boarding gate we boarded the plane, Cebu Pacific at exactly 9:00 am. We board at gate 11 instead of gate 8. We used the cubic hallway to go inside the plane instead of riding a bus and using the stairs. When we approached the door. The cabin crew assisted us with our assigned set. There were almost 455 passengers in all. I heard that it was the biggest plane in Cebu Pacific or the international plane. I sat at the front near the exit door and near the window. I'm excited to observe closely how the plane would start flying and how it feels. It took almost 1 hour for the plane to run on the runway. Before it flew the cabin crew gave us the reading materials for us to read since in case of emergency we will help the cabin crew to assess the passengers. Therefore I realized that if you sit near the exit you must know the emergency procedures to follow. Then the cabin crew demonstrated the emergency tips to follow in case of fire or emergency landing. Then they ensured that all our set belts were fastened.
When the plane was flying already I kept on taking photos and videos below the ground. I observe closely the clouds too. I noticed how it looks when the plane crosses the sea and rivers. I can't feel that I'm above already. When were in the middle of our flight the captain instructed the cabin crew from time to time for some tasks to comply like checking the seatbelts and also offering the passengers some snacks and drinks. It was only 45 minutes before the plane then arrived and landed in Manila. Before it landed the crew checked our seatbelts so that when the plane touched the ground all passengers were safe. At almost 12:00 noon we were able to step down the plane at Ninoy Aquino International Airport and board our hired vehicle to go to the hotel. I enjoyed much of our flight. That was my first time but thank God I never had any worries or anxiety during my flight and we were all safe. I hope I can travel again and ride a plane too.
That's all for now and see you on my next adventure in Manila.
