Weekend Engagement: Got a Motorcycle Accident
June 1, Sunday was a nightmare for me. I did not expect that my husband and I would get into a motorcycle accident. But it happened. Yes, it happened.
Yesterday was our special scheduled breakfast for the BCBP Family. Supposedly our breakfast is scheduled every Saturday. However, since our couple sharer was in the Calamba Chapter and no more breakfast could be scheduled before they went home in Calamba our chapter head decided to have our breakfast yesterday, Sunday. So yesterday morning at exactly 7:00 am, we went to the venue of our breakfast. While on our way to the venue, we accidentally hit a big dog causing us to fall down from the motor. My husband was dropped from the road and his face, lip, knees, and arms got injured. He had minor surgery on his lips and jaw. I got also a wound on my hands, arms knees, and neck. When I fell down from the motorcycle I remembered that I rolled over the road almost 4 times. When I stopped rolling I stood right away and then looked for my husband who was now on the road lying face down and I saw blood already. I examined her head and face and thank God his head was okay it's only his lips and some parts of his face got wounded and his 2 teeth in front got cracked. When the rescue came I said to him just relax, do not worry about anything, and instead pray to God. Despite what happened I'm still thankful to God that my husband and I were safe and were still alive, alert, and kicking.
