@dannewton just finished a 22.56km run, that lasted for 130 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 1723.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Its been a weekend of 2 halves... resting and chilling on Saturday, and then doing chores on Sunday. I've also been busy packing, ready for us going away next week, but still managed to squeeze a longer run in.
Saving it untill the warmest part of the day may not have been the brightest of ideas, but it didn't actually feel that hot out there. 25c is significantly cooler than the 32c earlier in the week, and maybe all that running home in the heat has helped me acclimatise to the conditions
The run itself was a comfortable half marathon effort down to Navenby and back, and the legs felt comfortable through out, with a pretty reasonable pace for a long, easy run
This coming week I will be busy up in Carlisle, so will take the opportunity to have a lighter training week for once, and then hopefully next Saturday i'll be rested and ready for a more interesting run (more on that in a future post! ๐)

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
