Learn how to test all the Splinterlands cards.
In this post I'll show you the Practice Mode in Splinterlands. This is a great option for you to practice your strategies and try out cards you don't have in the game.
In my posts I like to talk about Arcade Colony, so let's learn a little about this platform before continuing to talk about Practice Mode in Splinterlands.
Arcade Colony
Arcade Colony # is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Games Store, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 features.
For more information about the platform, read the Whitepapper.
There are 4 games in Arcade Colony and they are:
My main focus is on Splinterlands and Moon Karts because in my opinion they are the most fun and profitable currently.
Remember that this is not an investment tip.
Let's continue talking about Practice Mode in Splinterlands and how this is a magical option for all players.
To find Practice Mode is very simple, you just need to go to Play and then to ****Practice****.
This is the main page of Practice Mode and here you will make the settings for the battle.
There are 3 configuration options in Practice Mode, let's get to know these options.
Cards Allowed
In this option you will choose the cards you can use in battle.
Choosing All Cards will allow you to use the cards you have in your collection, including rented cards.
Choosing Modern will allow you to use the cards you have in your collection that are used in the Modern format.
Choosing Ghost Cards will give you access to all Splinterlands cards, including those you don't have in your collection.
Choosing Ghost Modern will give you access to all Splinterlands cards used in the Modern format.
Let's move on to the next option in Practice Mode.
Difficulty (Level Caps)
In this option, you will choose the level of the cards you will use in battle.
Choosing Novice will allow you to use cards equivalent to the Novice league.
Choosing Adept will allow you to use cards equivalent to the Bronze league.
Choosing Intermediate will allow you to use cards equivalent to the Silver league.
Choosing Advanced will allow you to use cards equivalent to the Gold league.
Choosing Expert will allow you to use cards equivalent to the Diamond/Champion league.
Let's move on to the last option in Practice Mode.
Opponent
In this option, you will choose the difficulty of your opponent.
Choosing Inept Student means you will face a weak opponent.
Choosing Skilled Student means you will face a slightly stronger opponent, but not difficult to defeat.
Choosing Professor means you will face a strong opponent with excellent strategies.
I use the Professor option because I play in the Diamond/Champion league, so I won't face easy opponents.
After configuring all the options, just click Start Session and face your opponent.
To access Splinterlands, you can use the link below or search for Splinterlands in your browser.
