Homemade Cookies
Last night, me and my niece watched videos on how to make cookies.
Then we decided to make our own version of homemade cookies.
Here's what we did.
The ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 bar buttercup margarine
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon salt
(Chocolate, nips, and sprinkles are optional.)
We first set out our ingredients.
We put the white sugar and brown sugar inside a bowl.
Next, we put a bar of buttercup margarine and 2 eggs in it.
Then we pour the vanilla.
We kept on manually stirring the ingredients poured inside the bowl until it became fluffy.
Afterwards, we put 3 cups of cake flour one at a time.
While pouring it, we kept on stirring to mix the ingredients well.
We also added a tablespoon of baking soda and salt.
My niece while baking…
After several times of stirring,
we placed the biggest cookie dough in a baking pan inside an electric turbo cooker,
while the smaller ones were placed on a frying pan.
Don’t freak out! We didn’t fry the cookies; we baked it.
Since we didn’t have an oven, we thought of an alternative.
We used a frying pan without an oil in it.
We baked them for about 10minutes.

Tsadan!
