Blueberry Cornbread

Blueberry cornbread cooked in my Lodge cast iron muffin pan. This is really simple. Make your favorite cornbread recipe and gently fold in frozen blueberries. You want the blueberries to be frozen so that they don't turn your batter purple. 😊
