Pharisaer Recipe
Pharisaer is a delightful German coffee beverage that combines the boldness of strong coffee, the sweetness of sugar, the warmth of dark rum, and the creaminess of whipped cream. This drink is perfect for warming up cold days or serving at cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
☕️ 2-4 oz strong brewed coffee, Parisi Artisan Coffee 24th Street Blend
🍬 2 tsp sugar, Granulated
🥃 2 shots dark rum, Bacardi
🍦 2 tbsp whipped cream, Whipped topping
Instructions
1- Brew the Coffee:
- Brew 2-4 ounces of strong coffee using Parisi Artisan Coffee 24th Street Blend.
- Use a drip-style coffee maker to achieve a robust flavor.
2- Prepare the Glass:
- Pour the freshly brewed coffee into a clear glass mug.
3- Sweeten the Coffee:
- Add 2 tsp sugar into the mug.
- Stir until fully dissolved to create a sweet profile.
4- Add the Rum:
- Measure and pour 2 shots of Bacardi dark rum into the coffee mixture.
- Stir gently to combine the flavors.
5- Top with Cream:
- Generously top the coffee with 2 tbsp whipped cream.
- Be careful not to stir after the whipped cream is added.
Prep Time: Under 2 minutes (once coffee is brewed)
Cook Time: Coffee brewing takes several minutes
