How to Make Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients
🥄 4 tablespoons sugar
☕ 4 tablespoons instant coffee powder (Brand: NESCAFE CLASSIC Double Filter, Full Flavor)
💧 4 tablespoons hot water
🥛 500 ml Milk (for 2 servings)
❄️ Ice cubes (enough to fill your serving glass)
Instructions
1- Prepare Equipment:
- Gather a glass measuring cup (Cuisine brand for the mixture)
- Use an electric hand mixer
- Prepare a small plastic bowl for measuring sugar
- Have a small white measuring spoon (1 tablespoon size)
- Use a wooden stirrer, wooden spoon
- Prepare clear serving glasses and plastic straws
2- Mix Ingredients:
- In the glass measuring cup, combine 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Add 4 tablespoons of NESCAFE CLASSIC instant coffee powder
- Add 4 tablespoons of hot water
- Stir with a wooden stirrer until all ingredients are completely dissolved
3- Whisk the Mixture:
- Use the electric hand mixer on medium speed for about 4 minutes
- Aim for a thick, light brown foam with a creamy, stiff texture similar to whipped cream
4- Prepare Serving Glasses:
- Fill your serving glasses with ice cubes
- Pour approximately 250 ml of cold milk over the ice in each glass
5- Assemble and Serve:

- Pile it onto the milk and ice in each glass
