Eggnog Coffee Cocktail

This Eggnog Coffee Cocktail is a tantalizing treat perfect for the Christmas holidays—an ideal blend of festive flavors and aromatic coffee. With layers of creamy eggnog, smooth espresso, and frothy milk, garnished with a dusting of cinnamon, this drink is sure to surprise and delight your guests.

Ingredients

🥛 200 ml Full Cream Milk
🧂 40 grams Sugar
🥚 2 Eggs
🍶 40 ml Cream
🥃 25 ml Rum, Bacardi
☕ 1 shot Espresso
🌿 Pinch Fresh Cinnamon, Verstegen
🍂 2 Cinnamon sticks, for garnish


Instructions

1- Prepare Eggnog Base:

  • Measure and pour 200 ml of full cream milk into a pot.

  • Add 40 grams of sugar to the pot and whisk well to combine.

  • Crack 2 eggs and pour them into the blender pitcher.

  • Add the milk and sugar mixture from the pot to the blender.

  • Pour in 40 ml of cream and 25 ml of Bacardi rum.

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth, forming the eggnog base.

2- Prepare Coffee Layers:

  • Brew a shot of espresso using the ETNA Mega coffee machine.

  • Pour the blended eggnog mixture into a tall ETNA branded serving glass, filling it halfway.

  • Froth additional milk using an ETNA milk frother and carefully spoon it over the eggnog mixture, reaching just below the rim.

  • Gently spoon the shot of espresso over the frothed milk to create distinct layers.

3- Garnish:

  • Sprinkle a pinch of fresh cinnamon on top.
  • Add two cinnamon sticks to the glass for garnish and an extra aroma.
