Ingredients
๐ฅ 200ml Heavy Whipping Cream, Nestle Media Crema - Table Cream
๐ฌ 4 tablespoons Sugar
๐ง 100g Cream Cheese
โ 150ml Strong Coffee, freshly brewed
๐จ 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
๐ช Crushed Chocolate Cookies, Bahlsen Leibniz Keks - dark chocolate variety
๐ฐ Crushed Hazelnuts
๐ซ Chocolate Sauce/Syrup
๐ซ Chocolate Powder
๐ง Chantilly Cream (Whipped Cream)
โ Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans
๐ฟ Fresh Mint Leaf
Instructions
1- Prepare the Cream Base:
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl.
- Add the sugar and using the Hamilton Beach Electric Hand Mixer, mix until the sugar is well incorporated.
2- Blend Cream Cheese:
- Introduce the cream cheese into the bowl and blend well.
3- Mix Coffee and Vanilla:
- Pour in the strong coffee and vanilla extract; whisk the mixture until it achieves a creamy, uniform consistency.
4- Prepare Parfait Components:
- Crush the chocolate cookies and hazelnuts using a metal spoon.
5- Assemble the Parfait:
- Drizzle chocolate sauce into the bottom of each serving glass.
- Layer with the crushed chocolate cookies and hazelnuts.
- Spoon a portion of the creamy coffee mixture on top.
- Repeat the cookie and hazelnut layer, followed by another cream layer.
6- Garnish and Serve:
- Finish with a dusting of chocolate powder.
- Add a dollop of Chantilly cream, two chocolate-covered coffee beans, and a sprig of fresh mint on top.
- Chill before serving for the best texture and flavor experience.
