Apple Cider Coffee

Experience the delightful fusion of rich espresso, sweet caramel, and tangy apple cider in this Caramel Cider Coffee. Topped with creamy whipped cream and a whisper of cinnamon, this layered beverage is both visually striking and pleasantly aromatic. Perfect for a quick yet indulgent treat at home.

Ingredients

โ˜• Enough for one espresso shot: Coffee beans
๐ŸŒฟ 2-3 sticks: Cinnamon sticks
๐Ÿฏ 1 jigger: Caramel syrup
๐Ÿ Approximately half a glass: Apple cider
๐Ÿฆ Generous dollop: Whipped cream (Campina brand)
๐Ÿง‚ A small pinch for garnish: Cinnamon powder


Instructions

1- Grind the Coffee and Cinnamon:

  • Add coffee beans and break a few cinnamon sticks into an electric coffee grinder.
  • Grind until finely powdered.

2- Prepare Cinnamon Espresso:

  • Use the ground coffee and cinnamon mixture to brew espresso with a semi-automatic espresso machine.
  • Collect the espresso in a metal frothing pitcher.

3- Assemble the Beverage:

  • Pour caramel syrup into the bottom of a drinking glass.
  • Carefully layer apple cider above the caramel syrup.
  • Gently add the prepared cinnamon espresso on top, forming a layered effect.

4- Add the Finishing Touches:

  • Top generously with Campina whipped cream.
  • Use a small spoon and a blower tool to evenly dust cinnamon powder over the whipped cream.

5- Serve:

  • Insert a black and white striped paper straw and enjoy your Caramel Cider Coffee chilled.
