Small Gathering

Hey there hive fam,

Today I thought I would write about how we (me, mom, aunt and uncle. plus whoever else shows up) will all meet at this table by where Jade has her v-ball games and we eat before we enter the gymnasium. It's a good little time. :)

One time we had pizza. One time it was tacos. (actually it was twice) We usually meet up 1 hour before we go watch Jade play.

It's a slower pace here in Cali.. since my life is now hanging out with my mom and aunt anlth.d uncle.. all quite old. In fact, any event that we go to is mostly older folks. (even though I am 51 now, I consider myself NOT old yet.. still have mostly black hair. :)

My mom is 81 now and in pretty good health. Her mind is not all there.. my job is to just be there and to help her turn on her TV and switch it to Price is Right.. only Drew Carey, NO Bob Barker! :P

I am guessing that mom will live another 5-10 years. I will just chill here in Cali (actually I am quite busy with gym and BJJ). I owe it to my mom to be here for her and I can use some easy going years to get back into shape as well as advance my grappling skillz.
