weight management?

It's been a battle. well, not really anything so hard, but it did take some time and seemed kinda hard at times. see.. I got sick.. which is pretty normal for me at times, but this time lasted about a year or more and I lost about 60 lbs.

It took me until a few months ago to reach what I, and google, think is my ideal weight for my age and height.. 165-170 lbs.

I always think of Bruce Lee as the perfect human physique. I wonder what he would look like had he lived to be my age. (52) I think a slightly better comparison in looks would be his son who is also half Caucasian, like his son was and I am.

so, as a living example.. I picture this guy..

Donny yen, who is 62 now and is most famous for the movie Ip Man, (although I knew of this great actor/martial artist for many years)

I want those forearms.
