Small but Mighty!

(when we visited Bohol, philippines xmas/2017)

I was pretty big that time. I felt strong. Me and my wife had been going to the gym every weekday after dropping the kids at school. But.. looking at it now.. I was looking kinda too big.. maybe even fat?? but. this was the one and only time I was told 'I had guns' by this one kid. :)

I just weighed myself.. 155 lbs. I don't know my bodyfat, but I was just getting up and moving around my bed. I never felt stronger.. as in my muscle to total weight ratio. Like all my life (at least adult life) I was a German shepherd, which is good, but now.. Belgian Malenois. (spellng?) I can move better than ever that I can remember. Maybe back to when I was in high school.. I remember being 145 lbs when I grad. I'll take the extra 10 lbs tho.. :)

I was thinking of my idol.. my grown up now idol.. His name is Donnie Yen and He is 70 yrs young!

I was also remembering all my Kung Fu heroes of those old dubbed movies I used to love. (still watch sometimes) and I remembered how the big bad boss at the end was usually an old ripped guy that was just as viral as the young heroes. :P
