Christmas 2025: A Celebration with Our Loved Ones

This may be a late blog post, but I still wanted to share it with everyone. It was our Christmas Eve celebration, both with my family and my boyfriend's. During such a season, I am the one in charge of the preparations and cooking. On the afternoon of December 24th, I was already preparing the white salad, and my partner was grilling the barbecue outside.

When we were done with all the cooking and house chores, we then went inside our room to wrap some gifts we bought and prepare the money we would be giving out to our families.

The countdown began, and our table was ready and organized. We prepared some Carbonara, Maja Blanca, Macaroni Salad, Fried Chicken, Barbecue, White Salad, and more. We waited for December 25th to hit the clock before eating together.

After a few minutes of celebrating with my family, my partner and I went to their house so we could also celebrate with them. We bought a mixed seafood tray for the whole family and added it to their table. Of course, we also ate with them and even took family pictures together.

For me, Christmas is all about showing up to your family and making them feel loved and appreciated at this special moment. It's the perfect moment to give your best gifts and show your appreciation to each of them. My partner and I are very lucky to have such a loving and supportive family. They made us whole as a person, and they are behind every accomplishment we have as a couple.
