TEAM (Together Each Achieves More)Phone Photography Contest - #123

Hello #eelgood friends, I trust you are feeling good. I welcome you to my blog.

I asked an employee today how it was going at the factory. He replied with a not-so-good comment. 'Not well." Instantly, I turned and requested that we go to my office for a chit-chat

On getting there, he expressed his disappointment that his department is not working as a team and, as a result, it is affecting their key performance indices and requested that I engage the other team and derive a way forward.

Team Work

I was happy that the individual opened up, and thereafter, I invited the team mates ne after the other and listened to each of them.
Furthermore, we held an extended meeting with all the team present and were able to thrash out the issue and resolve all differences. They all promised to lay aside all differences and work in synergy towards the common goal and objectives of the organisation.

To make the peace move solid, an improvement plan schedule was charted immediately. They were asked to report for an interactive session every two weeks starting from today.
We look forward to having the team fully back as a unit because Together Each Achieves More; no man is an Island.
