Build your pushing strength and upper body wirh these exercises!

Starting with incline push ups to build a base of pushing strength (which can also be done against the wall when first starting), you can later move into regular push ups on the ground.

From regular push ups, you can add in explosiveness with plyometric push ups, more challenge on your shoulders with pike push ups, and a unilateral (one-sided) movement with archer push ups.
