Into the Deep / Reflection Photography
This photo was taken during an epic sunset, using a puddle to capture the reflection of a silhouette stepping across stones. The light was perfect, warm, golden, and intense — turning the whole scene into something almost unreal.
What looks like someone standing tall in an orange sky is actually their reflection in water. If you look closely, you will notice the real legs underneath, revealing the trick. The rest is just timing, light, and the natural magic of reflections.
The reflection held more power than the original view, maybe a step into a parallel universe, is she stepping into the great beyond? who really knows...
Funny enough, this shot was taken just one minute before we headed back to the car after a massive two-day shoot. You can see my friend Lena holding the car keys in her hand. We found this rooftop puddle structure on our way back, and everything just clicked, literally.
