Curves.
Far up north, away from the noise of the city and the pace of everyday life, I wandered into silence. This river bend caught my breath. It curved softly through the landscape like a whispered secret, held quietly by pine and stone.
The photo was taken on a solo hiking trip using my old Nikon D40 with my favorite analog 50mm 1.8f lens. No tripod, no filters, just the light I found and the stillness I tried to capture.
Most of my creative work lives in the streets, on walls, in ink, and in digital dreamscapes. But nature has a way of grounding me, reminding me of the original art form, the one that doesn’t ask to be seen, but simply is.
This is part of what I seek in all my work: honest beauty, raw composition, and the light that slips between thoughts. Photography helps me slow down and notice those moments. They feel like silent conversations between the world and the soul.
Thank you for taking a moment to walk this path with me and see what I saw.
