Longed-for Fish Cakes

I found a long-awaited flavor. From a lost journey 😅 Well, it seems my life is destined to explore something unplanned, hehe.

The same goes for places to eat. My husband and I often find places to eat when we get lost following a Google Maps pedestrian route.

Well, I found a small but aesthetically pleasing eatery. It was still quiet, which was nice, so I didn't have to worry about crowds, hehe. It was just me and the food.

So, this eatery specializes in fish cakes and several other side dishes.

I don't know if it was a coincidence. Some time ago, I had been thinking about fish cakes, which I hadn't eaten in a long time. So, it was good that my brain manifested fish cakes, and today it came true.

Actually, finding good fish cakes is quite tricky if it's not in its original region. So I didn't have high expectations.

What makes fish cakes delicious is usually the vinegar seasoning, which is a mixture of vinegar, onions, and chilies. This creates a delicious blend of sour and spicy flavors. It's perfect for savory fish cakes.

Fish cakes come in many unique shapes. You can choose any shape you like. But I chose the mixed shape, the best-selling fish cake shape.

There's a fish cake with an egg filling. It was also on my serving plate.

There's something unique about this place. The vinegar sauce is served in a bottle.

You can pour it to your liking. It's great, so your taste buds aren't limited. That's one of the great things about this place.

It's truly satisfying pouring the sauce over the fish cakes. I'd prefer more sauce because I like spicy food.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this unexpected surprise. I didn't expect anything, but the fish cakes were delicious!

A small, but clean, and beautiful place to visit. I'm grateful I got lost and found this place. Fish cakes are a must-have ♥️
