As I have told you in other publications, I am a lover of healthy food and my husband, who had his birthday this Wednesday, January 10, has been accompanying and supporting me in this style of eating.

For this reason, I thought of making him an exquisite gluten-free and refined sugar-free birthday cake for him and me to enjoy. So I remembered that I have a book called "Sin Culpas" where I found the perfect recipe, a Strawberry Cake with Cream.

I was super excited immediately I saw this as the theme of the week because I believe I've got just the perfect song for it, and that's what I plan to present. It took me quite a while to wrap my head around the chords of the song, its dynamic turns and riffs.
