HIVE, SHELL, BMT Offering 40% APR — But Why?
Many people think why a coin’s APR suddenly becomes so high and it offers an amount which is unexpected. like right now HIVE, SHELL, BMT and many coins are giving 40% APR.
Also the good thing that they are available in flexible savings. Which means you can instantly withdraw at any time and also there is no locked process. It is more safer for the quick escape in case of emergency when you see a sharp crash.
In my opinion, there can be two main reasons for this. First reason can be that the coin’s project became a bit slow or ignored, and its owner wants people to take interest in it again.
If this is not happen then there is a high risk for that coin to get delist from the exchange.
By giving high APR, they attract people so that the coin’s trading volume increases and it doesn’t get delisted from any exchange. When volume increases, the exchange starts taking that coin seriously.
Second reason can be that the company knows the coin’s price is going to pump soon. High APR means investors become more interested, people start investing money, and the company also wants to put more of its shares or tokens into the market. All these things together can take the price up.
These are the two reasons which I know about high APR coin providers. What do you people know about this? Will be glad to see your answers in the comment section.
