Hola amigos de fulldeportes@fulldeportes espero que esten todos muy bien, yo con energía a full dandole con todo para seguir mejorando y acá les quiero compartir una rutina Poderosa de entrenamiento funcional, para hacerla en cualquier lugar, a ver quien se anota con esta 💪😃

Iniciamos este entrenamiento poderoso con una Plancha en Movimiento, así como lo ves acá, la clave es mantener la posición de las rodillas a la misma altura y apretar bien el abdomen💪

We start this powerful workout with a Moving Plank, as you can see here. The key is to keep your knees at the same height and tighten your abs💪.

Segundo movimiento de esta rutina poderosa, Animal Flow 💪🔥 de mis movimientos favoritos, en la que pones a prueba tu equilibrio y controlado para trabajar Triceps, abdomen y resistencia.

Second movement of this powerful routine, Animal Flow 💪🔥 one of my favorite movements, in which you test your balance and control to work your triceps, abs, and endurance.

Continuamos con una Variación del Animal Flow y es una patada Frontal, acá si te cae la resistencia en el abdomen, hombros y triceps.

We continue with a variation of Animal Flow, which is a front kick. Here, you will feel the resistance in your abdomen, shoulders, and triceps.

Para concretar cerramos con Burpees, acá trabajamos el tren superior y tren inferior con resistencia 💪 y viene el Plato fuerte repeticiones, son 4 Rondas la primera ronda 5 repeticiones, luego 10, seguidas 15 y final 20.

To finish up, we close with burpees, working the upper and lower body with resistance 💪, and then comes the main event: repetitions. There are four rounds: the first round is five repetitions, then ten, followed by fifteen, and finally twenty.
