🔥Rutina explosiva CASA💪🔥 ESP/ENG

​Hola amigos de @fulldeportes, les mando un gran saludo a todos los que hacen parte desper esta gran comunidad, espero que se encuentren muy bien todos, yo por aca reativandome con los post de entrenamientos en casa, les tengo un rutima full body explosiva en casa.

Este rutina está compuesta de 4 ejercicios [ Burpees, Sancadas, Flexiones Mike Tyson y Sentadillas] son en total 4 rondas de alta imtensidad, para los niveles básicos serán 5 Repeticiones de cada ejercicio, 4 Rondas, Nivel Medio 10 repeticiones de cada ejercicio y 4 Rondas, ahora nivel Avanzado, es la prueba mayor, repeticines en forma ascendente, 5,10,15,20 y 25 repeticiones.

​En esta ocasión tenemos 3 ejercicios compuestos trabajando el cuerpo completo con un par de mancuernas, como siempre. Cuidando la técnica para evitar lesiones. Cuéntame, ¿cuál de estos ejercicios compuestos NO conocías?

This routine consists of 4 exercises [Burpees, Lunges, Mike Tyson Push-ups, and Squats]. There are 4 high-intensity rounds in total. For the beginner level, it will be 5 reps of each exercise for 4 rounds; for the intermediate level, 10 reps of each exercise for 4 rounds. Now, the advanced level is the ultimate test: reps in ascending order of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25
