Chicken Curry - Traditional Wood Fire Cooking #10

This video is all about showcasing Filipino Home Cooking. In this edition of traditional wood fire cooking, I will be cooking curry for the first time using wood. Who doesn't want curry? We all love curry, right? Chicken Curry is one of my favorites. The only reason that keeps me from cooking it frequently is that it is an expensive dish but it is always worth cooking it because it is a very tasty dish, especially its sauce. I suddenly craved chicken curry which is why I cooked this for my family today. I eat a lot when the curry is served. Chicken Curry is commonly cooked and served for lunch. When I first cooked chicken curry I used evaporated milk I was not impressed with the outcome and then I changed evaporated milk to coconut and I loved the outcome as of today whenever I cooked chicken curry I am always using coconut milk. I love my curry when it turns a little oily, yummy.
