Welcome to the weekly edition of my "Daily Grind" series of blogs. It has been a while since I made a serious modification to my deck, and that modification made a lot of positive outcomes, including its ability to go up to Solar Gold, which I stayed for almost a month. But this week, I got impatient and played with urgency, which backfired.

At this moment after the new expansion went live, my deck is still kicking ass in the Auric Gold and Solar Gold. I noticed that if I go impatient on my deck, the outcome is always a loss. With that being said, it is time not to be impatient, as it really affects my style of play.

In this featured match, I am up against a good war deck. My deck has more than a 50% chance of winning against any War deck in Auric Gold and Solar Gold. I started impatient on this game, but then I realized I don't need to rush my plays, which helps.

Against any War deck, I am always looking for my 1 or 2 mana cards to play on the first turn.

I played Cunning Challenger, and I got lucky with its Temp Fate. I went face.

My opponent played Feral Shapeshifter. I went face with my Cunning Challenger and Trial Spirit. I played Shielded Maiden and Warmonger Smith.

My opponent played Devouring Blade and ended up destroying his own creature. He killed my Cunning Challenger. I played White Fur Guard. I went face.

My opponent played a Wandering Blacksmith and killed one of my creatures. I played Chieftain's Fury, I killed my opponent'st creature andI went face.

My opponent played Aether Vanguard. I played Sole Survivor. I went face, and it was GG.
