Welcome to the weekly edition of my "Daily Grind" series of blogs. These past few days I got relegated to Midnight Shadow because I was impatient in moves. I rushed my strategy and tried to be faster than the deck design, and it backfired. As a result, I got relegated to Midnight Shadow.

In this edition of Daily Play and Earn, I settled down, and as a result, I got promoted to Auric Gold, again. Auric Gold is where I mostly stay. But once in a while, I stay at Solar Gold. Midnight Shadow, Auric Gold, and Solar Gold are where I usually play. In Solar Gold, the game is very competitive and long which is why I prefer staying at Auric Gold.

For my deck, it is the sweet spot (in terms of play, not reward), and in this edition of Daily Play and Earn I was able to win 3 out of 6 games (3-3).

In this feature, I am up against an equally dangerous Corpse Explosion deck. In the past, I have encountered this kind of deck multiple times, in some occasions, I thought I already had the game on the bag, only to get obliterated with the corpse explosion combo.

Against any Aggro Deception deck, I always make sure to have 1-2 mana cards on my hand to play for the first turn.

I played Skollkin Valkerie and Trial Spirit (to buff Skollin Valkerie). My opponent played Skull Scepter.

I went face. I played Valka's Captain. My opponent played Blight Bomb to kill Valka's Captain. My opponent played Bombfly.

I played Tavern Brawler to kill Bombfly. I used my god power on Skollkin and in turn, if buffed itself to 3/3, I went face. My opponent played Wicked Fae to kill Tavern Brawler. My opponent played Voracious Fiend.

I played Tavern Brawler to kill Wicked Fae. I killed Voracious Fiend with Trial Spirit. I killed all my opponent's creatures using Wood-cutter Imp and Tavern Brawler. My opponent passed.

I buffed Skollkin Valkerie with Redfume Serum and I went face. My opponent conceded and it was GG.
