SOUP DIPA de Garage Beer Co. (Esp-Eng)

Vamos con la hermana mayor de la cerveza que os mostraba ayer. La SOUP DIPA de Garage. Siempre me quedaré con la original pero es igualmente una gran cerveza. Todavía podemos encontrar la Triple IPA de SOUP, pero son unos estilos que a mí personalmente no me convencen y aunque los más de 10 grados que tienen no se notan, son excesivamente dulces. Pero para gustos están los colores.

Las principales características de la DIPA son son su contundencia en sabor y aroma. 8.5º de alcohol muy bien camuflados y los lúpulos empleados son: Citra y Mosaic en formatos T90, Cryo y Spectrum. Igual que la original pero en diferentes formatos y tratamientos.
El color es algo pálido muy turbio y con un tono apagado. Pero el sabor es increíble. Matices profundos de mango, melocotón, maracuyá y pomelo, con el pino también presente de fondo. El trago es sedoso y muy muy jugosa. Parece en ocasiones más un zumo que una cerveza.

Let's move on to the older sister of the beer I showed you yesterday: Garage's SOUP DIPA. I'll always stick with the original, but it's just as great a beer. We can still find SOUP's Triple IPA, but those styles don't really appeal to me, and while the 10+ proof isn't noticeable, they're excessively sweet. But there's no accounting for taste.

The DIPA's main characteristics are its powerful flavor and aroma. It has a well-camouflaged 8.5% alcohol content, and the hops used are Citra and Mosaic in T90, Cryo, and Spectrum formats. Just like the original, but in different formats and treatments.
The color is somewhat pale, very cloudy, and with a dull tone. But the flavor is incredible. Deep nuances of mango, peach, passion fruit, and grapefruit, with pine also present in the background. The drink is silky smooth and very, very juicy. At times, it seems more like juice than beer.
