Hard Mosaic de Cierzo Brewing Co. (Esp-Eng)

Aunque este año recibimos la triste noticia de que el brewpub que tenía Cierzo Brewing Co. en el corazón de Zaragoza cerraba. La fábrica y la producción de cerveza artesana sigue en pie. Afortunadamente la marca no echó la persiana del todo y sigue ofreciéndonos cerveza artesana de alta calidad como esta que os muestro hoy.

Hard Mosaic es la hermana mayor de uno de los clásicos de la marca, la Mosaic. Esta práctica de coger una cerveza mítica de una marca y sacar variantes está muy de moda. Os lo mostré hace poco con la SOUP de Garage Beer Co. y su SOUP day, o sin ir más lejos, los propios Cierzo brewing con su Citra day. Actualmente tienen cinco cervezas que orbitan sobre la idea original de su buque insignia, la Citra.

Pues bien, no sé si esto también pasará con la Mosaic, pero de momento aquí tenemos la Hard Mosaic.

Una double IPA de 8º grados contundente en sabor y que no deja indiferente. Obviamente al ser una monovarietal de Mosaic, es este lúpulo el principal protagonista. Mantiene los sabores clásicos a fruta tropical, cítricos y pino, pero elevados al cuadrado. Si te gusta este lúpulo, en esta cerveza te encontrarás como en casa. Eso sí, es de sabor muy fuerte. No apta para todos los públicos.

They currently have five beers that revolve around the original idea of ​​their flagship, Citra.

Well, I don't know if this will also happen with Mosaic, but for now, here we have Hard Mosaic.

An 8% double IPA with a powerful flavor that will leave you speechless. Obviously, being a Mosaic single-varietal, this hop is the main protagonist. It maintains the classic flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine, but squared. If you like this hop, you'll feel right at home in this beer. However, it has a very strong flavor. Not suitable for everyone.
