self-portrait with stars and hearts - Digital Painting

Hola queridos amigos de la comunidad! espero haya sido un gran dia para todos!

Hoy he venido a presentar un nuevo trabajo digital, se trata de un autorretrato de una foto que tome hace algunos días fue una foto que tome en un lugar no tan bien iluminado y estaba con el pelo todo desordenado y la cara algo despistada, pero por alguna razón esta foto me gusto mucho mas que otras mejor iluminadas o con una mejor actitud que solo estar en casa... así que decidí hacer un pequeño ejercicio de pintura digital dibujando y pintándome en esta foto.

Últimamente he estado un poco desanimada, pero quiero retomar algunos de los primeros ejercicios que hice cuando recién comenzaba con el dibujo digital y tratar de reconectar con mi musa y mi creatividad, lo primero que hice fue hacer un dibujo a partir de la foto, para mi sorpresa quedo bastante bien al primer intento, así que seguí con el coloreado, comencé esta aventura con los pinceles húmedos de Photoshop, pero simplemente no estaba logrando los resultados esperados así que volví a Paint tool SAI y desempolve mis viejos pinceles con textura de brocha y me sentí mucho mas cómoda en este programa, sin embargo no me rendiré con los pinceles de Ps, tratare de usarlos mas en un nuevo ejercicio.

Luego volví nuevamente a Ps, donde añadí algo de textura y manchas con los pinceles especiales y dibuje los sticker que coloque sobre mi rostro para hacer todo mas vistoso, fue un ejercicio rápido y divertido, espero sea de su agrado tanto como lo fue para mi hacerlo!

Today I'm here to present a new digital work, a self-portrait from a photo I took a few days ago. It was a photo I took in a place that wasn't very well lit, and my hair was a mess and my face looked a little distracted, but for some reason I liked this photo much more than others that were better lit or showed me in a better mood than just being at home... So I decided to do a little digital painting exercise by drawing and painting myself in this photo.

Lately, I've been feeling a little discouraged, but I want to revisit some of the first exercises I did when I was just starting out with digital drawing and try to reconnect with my muse and my creativity. The first thing I did was make a drawing based on the photo, and to my surprise, it turned out pretty well on the first try. so I continued with the coloring. I started this adventure with Photoshop's wet brushes, but I just wasn't getting the results I wanted, so I went back to Paint Tool SAI and used my old brush-textured brushes, and I felt much more comfortable with this program. However, I won't give up on the Ps brushes; I'll try to use them more in a new exercise.

Then I went back to Photoshop, where I added some texture and spots with the special brushes and drew the stickers I put on my face to make everything more colorful. It was a quick and fun exercise. I hope you like it as much as I did.
