Let's exercise
Exercising every day keeps our body healthy but we usually only do it when we have free time.
We need to change the attitude that exercise is the thing must do regularly. It is as necessary as consume some food. Some people may like running, swimming, or other sports. These can be strengthening the body and also fun and relaxation.
