包粽子
端午节,中国传统节日,怎能少得了一缕粽叶的清香,看到超市和街上都开始卖粽子了,我们这边卖的都是各种馅的粽子,但是我只想吃纯米不加馅的,问了几家店都没有纯米的,看到有卖竹叶的,那就自己包吧。买了糯米和竹叶,糯米提前浸泡一夜容易煮,竹叶也提前浸泡一夜,第二天再用开水烫十分钟,洗干净备用。一切准备就绪开始包粽子,从抖音搜了包粽子教程,找了一个比较简单易学的包法,根据竹叶的大小决定用几片叶子包,包好用绳子绑好,包的样子还行吧,自己吃要求不高,每个我都缠的比较紧,我总担心会漏米。包完冷水下锅煮了两个小时,煮好我先尝了一个,糯米泡的时间久煮好的粽子没有夹生的,挺好的,对自己包的粽子还算满意。自己动手,丰衣足食。😁
