煎蚕豆
洋槐花刚过去,又迎来吃蚕豆的季节,煎蚕豆一道乡野春日美食,真的很好吃。每天都在为吃什么发愁,看看冰箱里还有妈妈上次给的蚕豆,今天中午就亲自下厨做煎蚕豆吧。把蚕豆的外壳剥掉,也有把蚕豆的外皮也剥掉的,我嫌麻烦就没剥,清洗干净,放入红薯淀粉,打个鸡蛋,再加点面粉,让每一粒蚕豆都沾上面粉,根据自己的口味加盐和调味品,搅拌均匀就可以起锅烧油煎蚕豆了。蚕豆煎到两面金黄即可。然后切好自己喜欢吃的配菜,切了两个番茄和一些里脊肉丝,先把番茄炒出沙,再加热水煮开放入煎好的蚕豆和粉丝,再调好汤味,一道美味的煎蚕豆出锅啦。我们一家三口每人吃了两碗,可惜你不来安徽阜阳体会不到这一碗煎蚕豆汤有多好吃。此刻觉得用心做的每顿饭都是爱的倾注,在小小的厨房里感受着生活的美好,内心被温馨与满足填满。
