My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2020

Busy busy busy. I guess the advantage of working for a large organisation is that there’s always plenty of walking to do between meetings. Certainly that was the case yesterday and it helped to my step count up that I managed to get lost walking down the labyrinth of corridors and walk ways that connect various buildings.

Did the usual 7km on the bike as well although with the icy conditions that have come in over the weekend I had to take things pretty slow
