My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2020

After a while it becomes fairly difficult to describe your day’s activity in a way that is different from most of the previous reports. Perhaps that should be telling me something about my life but I guess this is the kind of daily grind that most of us struggle with.

Still some pretty decent numbers and after a quiet post Christmas period things are starting to get busy again at work which means the amount of pacing around the office and running off to meetings will only increase alongside the step count
