Devil's Salad

This post is my entry to the Qurator's: Hive Top Chef cooking competition.
This week's recipe is: SALAD.

I named it Devil's salad for two reasons.

1. It's very spicy 🌶🌶🌶
2. One of ingredients are Devil's cucumbers

Devil's salad is very easy and quick to prepare.

My recipe is for one person, because I only make it for myself.
I would make it for my better half too, but it is too hot 🔥 for her.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 pack of mixed leaves salad
• 1/4 of onion
• 1 tomatoe
• 4 pieces of Devil's cucumbers
• 4 teaspoons of Devil's cucumbers juice
• 1 teaspoon of crushed chilli

Preparation:

Chop onion, tomato and Devil's cucumbers into small squares.

Place all ingredients in the bowl and mix together.

That's it. Your Devil's salad is ready.

In the summer time, when tomatoes taste the best, I have this salad with my supper very often.
