Throne & Scales: A Poetry
Just king rules,
With heart...
Not fear.
He hears
The cries
Of lowliest
Near.
For indeed,
Wht is worth
Of a crown,
If not mercy...
Tyrants build walls,
But wise open fate.
Let not law,
Be a sword
In haste.
But a balm,
Where wounded,
Find respite
& peace.
Persian
پادشاه عادل،
با دل فرمان میراند...
نه با ترس.
او میشنود
فریادهای
پایینترینها را
در نزدیکی.
براستی،
تاج چه ارزشی دارد
اگر نه برای بخشش؟
ستمگران دیوار میسازند،
اما خردمندان سرنوشت را میگشایند.
قانون را
با شتاب
چون شمشیر
به کار مگیر،
بلکه چون مرهمی،
که زخمدیدگان
در آن
آرامش و پناه یابند.
