I am mac, a 20 years old something who enjoys various things incuding,backpacking and photography. Frankly speaking, I am not new here. This is my second account where I will share all of my travel diaries and photography.
The reason I created this account is to separate my random interests with my travel and photography logs. I find the need to establish a professional portfolio, since it has been one of a dream of mine to be a travel writer or working in the respective industry.

Growing up, I had the luxury of traveling frequently within my home country, Indonesia. I did various road trips with my parents exploring Indonesian’s culture, food, places and ways of living. Due this hobby, as a kid, I was even given a nickname “miss holiday” by my teachers and school friends.

Long short story, my family and I continued living this way until I got into university, when I moved out of my parents. Despite away from them, I continue traveling and begin exploring ways to travel within a budget- something that suits my current lifestyle and financial situation.

Then,In 2018, I had the chance to travel overseas amid my busy schedule as a university student. I was frequently moving from Malaysia, Singapore, Jakarta and Bali. However, the idea of being a travel writer wasn’t strong enough until one day when I was sitting at a cafe in Ubud,Bali. Suddenly, I knew that I might need to explore that passion one day. Only about a year later, which is today, I made it happen.

As for professional experience, I have yet any established career in this industry. However, I am quite familiar with the responsibility of a travel planner. This due my previous experiences in managing my friends and advising my family’s traveling plan.

Everyone has been marking their feet in at least, one exotic place....

I am also very well aware of that situation, traveling content is over-saturated. What separates my content from others is that the stories from people I encountered on the road-the crazy, dramatic tales that I have not previously written anywhere else. However, to ensure the safety of the subject and object, I am going to use made up names. In this blog, you will also find tips and trick for beginner as a solo female backpacker, traveling tips, budgeting tricks, travel related fears and last but not least, some epic photographies which I managed to capture without messing it up. As a closing,I wish to visit places in my bucket list soon in the future.
