Hello Shadow Hunters🤗! Welcome to my SMASh contest entry blog.

Sometimes it feels good to break out of the ordinary and do something spontaneous.

My Entry Shadow

Welcome to Camp Gedeng located in Malindi, Kenya. A place I never knew existed or rather if I'd ever visit. Camp Gedeng overlooks Sabaki River where the river empties into the ocean. The whole environment exudes serenity.

The trip was unplanned but hey look at the shadows. It's like they were planned. It's also a hippocampus where you get to watch hippos. In the shadow, we're standing on their view point.

Trying another filter shade to compare.

Oh, and the ocean is on the extreme right end.

Ah, one last variety of filter. No more I promise..

Haha, let's find some hippos, using binoculars. I can't remember the last time I used binoculars. I had trouble focusing but I did see the hippos. My shadow looks like I knew exactly what I was doing but in reality, the watch was not steady, haha. We had to use binoculars because the ocean was swelling up, filling the river too.

One last one. Heey, look I got my first nature tattoo by leaves' shadow. I think it's pretty, don't you agree?
