An important life skill to develop is learning how to detect the manipulative and emotionally abusive techniques of a narcissist.

I'm not a psychotherapist or therapist, and I don't do counseling sessions. However, I've attended my own workshop by growing up with a narcissistic parent about being manipulated, and I have become adept at identifying the mind games the narcissist will play with their victim.

You're allowed to say no without feeling guilty.

You're allowed to leave an emotionally abusive relationship.

To thrive, you need to learn how to identify unhealthy vs healthy relationships.
