Ncalc : app language doesn't to change system language

Expected behavior
Language was supposed change when selecting System language from the option.
Actual behavior
Language doesn't not change system language when selecting the system language option.
How to reproduce
Download the app
Open the app
Go to menu on top left
Go to setting
Go to language
Select any language expect English
Now Go to language
Select system defult language
Language won't change
Rotate your screen to landscape
Language will change
