VIMM Framework: First Development Update

Just pushed the first major commit to the VIMM Framework repository. This marks the beginning of turning the proposal into reality.

The initial commit establishes the core architecture that will power the framework - including stream handling, protocol support (WebRTC/HLS/RTMP), Hive authentication, and metadata management. While it's currently a barebones implementation that won't run yet (being fully transparent about that), it provides the foundation for everything that follows.

You can follow the development progress on GitHub. I'm building this entirely in public so everyone can see how their DHF votes are being put to work.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported proposal #320! Your votes make this development possible and I'm committed to delivering something valuable for the entire Hive ecosystem. More updates coming soon as I start implementing each component.
